Advices from Ms Yap!!(得空的话就看一看吧)

Miss Yap : "She is having Swayed back leg. tis kind of leg always cox -the weight placement leaning backwards, instead of in the center line. so Her upper body always out of control during the exercises. then her arm movements will not flowing with controlled. she need to do lots of rises in 1st, 2nd, 4th, and 5th positions. releves will help a lot. single leg releve will help her to find her center on demi pointe. after finishing tis rises and Releve ex, she must do some stretching, to tone her thigh muscles. or else it will become bulky. some core exercises need to be practicing for everyday. to help her get back her center line. exercise for feet is very important, it will help in Allegro section. her body's problem similar with Ms June - Kimberly. comparing both of them, of course Hanyin is much more better, cox, she started to do releve since grade 2, different type of rises since PP hopefully tis will help her.
